4- APPLICABLE LAW IN CASES OF DISPUTE
In the event of any dispute relating to this agreement, its interpretation and application, the parties will undertake in good faith to try
to resolve it amicably among themselves. Failing to achieve this, the Courts of Sarreguemines will have exclusive jurisdiction.

5- GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our general sales terms and conditions are subject to French law.
The operating location for the contract is the sales company’s head office.
Claims of any importance are within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Sarreguemines.
Any changes to our general sales terms and conditions are only valid with our prior written agreement.
If individual provisions are non-effective or unworkable, this does not in any way imply that our sales terms and conditions are null and void.
